Commenced Works: he proposed development comprises of the construction of (Phase 2) 2 no. 1.5 split storey split level 5 bed detached houses and all associated site development works .Completed Works: The construction of House No. 4 & 5, Cluain Aedin, Carrickbrack Road, Sutton Dublin 13 - 2 no. 1.5 storey split level, 5-bed detached house and all associated site development works except substructure by Weslin Construction Ltd and all substructure foundation and superstructure timber frame structure works by A-Therm Construction Ltd. In particular Weslin Construction Ltd did not carry any out works in relation to the Substructure, Superstructure, roof works and no ventilation of external walls and roof to Houses 4 & 5. All these works were carried out by A-Therm Construction Ltd.
